Quality Control System & Quality Assurance System Production process is in compliance with the SOP s’ prepared on the procedures starting from Receipt of Material to Laboratory Tests of Finished Goods.

Plant staff and the entrants to the plant strictly follow the SOP procedures. SOPs , raw data entries, laboratory tests, hygiene, equipment & plant Cleaning, calibration of equipments, etc - measures are always applied.

All the company raw material (seed) suppliers are tested and approved.

Plant has recently been upgraded to fully covered and an almost automatic dust-free operation. It is completely equipped with upgraded machineries in Seed Cleaning (with US imported Kice machinery to ensure special cleaning), Grinding, Husk Cleaning, Packing, Loading Sections and separate warehouses and fumigation chamber.
